PSA has developed the ILCA Elite series after listening to feedback from successful ILCA / Laser sailors around the globe.  The Elite series boats are taken to the next level with the following upgrades from the PSA Race series which include Carbon Upper, Carbon Tiller and Extension and full Harken Carbo rigging. This package provides you with everything you need to get onto the water.

Your new PSA ILCA Dinghy will come with the following, all you need to do is choice your rig size (ILCA 4, ILCA 6 or ILCA 7);
