Which should you use?
If you are frequently taking the launching trolley wheels on & off then Lynch pins are more convenient being easier to fit & remove. However, they are more prone to corrosion which makes them more difficult to open & close.
Stainless steel lynch pins are more expensive but much more corrosion resistant
“R” pins are cheaper, more robust & less effected by corrosion but less easy to fit & remove.
